Consumer dispute resolution
The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 (Regulation (EU) 2024/3228). A reference to it is therefore no longer given.
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Our services are directed exclusively at businesses, not at consumers.
